Sign up

Go to Sign Up page and follow the instructions.
After the form has been filled in and submitted it will be checked manually and if data provided will be accepted, you will receive your customer’s login data (username & password) by E-mail.
Go to My account page and enter your customer’s self-care interface using the username & password received.
When logged in you will be able to make prepayment, specify the details of your installation and schedule the date of training.

Download, read documentation and go through training

‘Basic’ and ‘Lite’ Service Provider packages contain on-line 6 and 3 hours training through Internet conference accordingly.

Configure your billing environment

After the setup is complete You will receive your Service Provider’s (administration) login data (username & password) by E-mail.
Go to My administration area page and enter your Service Provider’s administration area using those username & password received.
When logged in you will be able to create and configure your payment systems, Products, Tariffs, Resellers, Customers, Vendors, Invoice templates etc.
In some cases our support team can help you to export your existing actual data (Customers, Accounts, Balances, Access numbers etc.) from a previous system to your new billing environment.

Bring into production

Now you have all you need for your independent VoIP business: Using your WEB-based Service Provider’s administration area you can create and manage your Products, Tariffs, Resellers, Customers, Vendors, etc.
